Services Offered By The Company

The products offered by The Company on this site
are EPA approved, though not owned by The Company, who simply distributes same under agreement with product manufacturers.  All product liability and warranties in connection with such products are provided by the product manufacturer(s).   The services provided by The Company are "screening services", to provide consumers with assistance in conducting home-testing to detect the presence of certain safety hazards.  Following the provision of "screening services", The Company, on behalf of the consumer submits screening samples and/or findings to qualified licensed laboratories, who conduct testing and develop reports, which are then sent directly to end consumers.   Lab results requiring consumers to have additional safety procedures or testing performed, must be conducted by State licensed Companies who are qualified to perform such procedures or testing, where such licensing might be required.   Certain procedures may not require State licensing.   The Company can recommend licensed service providers, where required, and can also conduct certain procedures.

Disclaimer Of Warranties
You expressly agree that use of the HomeSafetyInspections.net web site is at your own risk. The Company shall not be responsible to you for any content found on the HomeSafetyInspections.net web site. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The Company makes no warranty that the HomeSafetyInspections.net web site will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements; nor does The Company make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the HomeSafetyInspections.net web site, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through HomeSafetyInspections.net. WHY WE OBTAIN INFORMATION

We provide registrants with the means to ensure that their personal information is correct and current. They may review and update this information at any time. By following the "my profile" link provided on our system, any registrant may view and edit personal information that was submitted to us previously. Registrants may also elect to receive or discontinue receiving any email newsletters we may choose to distribute periodically. Once a peson registers, they do not have to do it again.

EMAIL ADDRESSES

In order for us to automatically email information to "registrats", we require that individuals submit their personal email addresses.
These email addresses are not supplied or sold to any third parties, and are used solely to send email messages to our registrants. Registrants may elect to have us delete their email address from our database at any time, and such addresses will be permanently discarded.

NOTICE TO PARENTS
Parents or guardians: we want to help you guard your children's privacy. We encourage you to talk to your children about safe and responsible use of their Personal Information while using the Internet.

Privacy Policy

The Company makes an effort to keep the information on this Web site reliable and accurate, but does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of any of the information on either this site or on sites that are linked to this site.
